Bryan is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. Getting around Bryan is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Texas's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

If I could give this school 0 stars I would. The staff here are by far the most unprofessional and useless staff I have ever seen at a school. The staff so not care more try to help the concerns about the students attending here. The amount that the students is absurd compared to the amount of work that the teachers and staff put back to the students. The staff and teachers here are lazy and put in the bare minimum amount of work. It is baffling for one how long it takes to contact the blinn staff if you have concerns it even for their help to find classes. We have had to sit on hold for upwards of 4 hours for them to have attitude and be nonchalant about the conversation. They also do not make clear when deadlines nor when payment timelines end or begin as well as keep the students up to date with new implementations. They have also messed up my fasfa for the past two semesters again because of communication errors on their end and not clear instructions. I would not recommend this community college to anyone if you are looking for an affordable place to attend or have your child attend I would recommend a different school.
